The photograph must be yours, original, previously unpublished work and not feature or focus on any material owned or controlled by third parties. 

Your photograph must capture play in cities. Show us playful environments: How the built environment influences children’s development and fosters interaction between children and caregivers.

You will hold all copyrights and intellectual property on your work and grant PlacemakingX and its affiliates and partners a  royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use it as listed in the terms & conditions of this contest.

We strongly advise not to show children's faces in the photograph. If you do so, please make sure you have the required authorization as you will need to fill in a consent form when selected as a winner.

Don’t forget to accept your prize and comply with the conditions for the awarding within 48 hours after being notified as a winner. Transfer costs are included in the prize.
